Javelin Group was engaged by Australian retailer Pacific Brands to define a three-year store strategy and roadmap for its iconic underwear brand Bonds.

Project

Javelin Group conducted detailed analysis of Bonds’ current store performance – financial and operational performance and customer experience – using proprietary audits and primary consumer research to identify a long-list of improvement areas comprising of a combination of quick wins and longer-term strategic opportunities. In addition, Javelin Group conducted detailed store roll-out analysis to understand growth potential, providing Bonds with a list of attractive future locations.

Outputs

The final deliverable consisted of a three-year roadmap with detailed financial model that quantified the performance improvement opportunities.
