The Strategic Transformation of Retail.

A half-day conference hosted by Javelin Group.

Retail continues to undergo a rapid transformation spurred by consumers’ adoption of digital technologies. This is now entering a new phase driven on the one hand by smartphones and automated personalisation, both away from and within the physical store, and on the other by smarter enterprise-wide systems and processes enabling more efficient and more customer centric retailing across the value chain, rather than just at the customer touch-points.

Some say this will drive the impact of “digital” beyond any levels yet predicted by market analysts, creating further opportunities and disruption for leading retailers.

Join the Javelin Group conference to hear esteemed retail industry speakers share their expertise, and explore how retailers are responding to these challenges.

Please complete the form on the left of this page to reserve your place.
