Alcoholic Beverage Brand

Direct-to-consumer feasibility study in selected markets.

Alcoholic Beverage Brand

Direct-to-consumer (D2C) feasibility study in selected markets for a global alcoholic beverage brand.

Project

In 2017, Javelin Group was engaged by a global alcoholic beverage brand to assess the feasibility of direct-to-consumer models in specific markets.

Benefits

Javelin Group worked jointly with the client project team to clarify the proposition and establish a detailed business model.

After an initial market screening, a detailed feasibility study was conducted within one market, outlining key commercial and operational parameters for success.

Outputs included a revenue estimate on a five-year horizon, as well as indicative operating costs, all of which were summarised in a five-year P&L. The study also included key sensitivities and recommendations to establish a profitable proposition in the market.
