Over the past two years, Oaktree Capital has engaged Javelin Group to advise and undertake commercial due diligence on a number of potential investment opportunities in the UK and Spain.
Outputs
To successfully advise on potential acquisitions in both the UK and Spain, Javelin Group used its Europe-wide experience and network of associates to develop a ‘traffic light’ analysis of tenants in each asset, identifying asset management priorities and rental growth opportunities. This analysis has led to the acquisition of:
- Kingfisher Centre, Redditch
- Project Harrogate portfolio (Dunfermline, Kings Lynn, Loughborough)
