Camel OMS is Javelin Group's proprietary out-of-the box order management solution, delivering cost effective order management to enable global stock visibility, available-to-promise, order tracking and returns management. Based on an open-source platform and implemented by our skilled development team (based in London and at our offshore development centre), this solution facilitates order management at very low cost.

Camel OMS

  • Acts as an intermediary between existing client applications and suppliers (takes and submits orders to suppliers, processes order updates from suppliers, checks stock, handles calendar calls and delivery dates from suppliers)
  • Provides a web user interface for configuration and exception management, permitting business users or first line support to configure as required, enabling suppliers to manage orders online, and facilitating communication with suppliers who are still dependant on manual processes
  • Is based on open source components using industry best-practice integration patterns
