Is USA airport retailing about to be revolutionised?
Our team of experienced travel retail consultants draw on their extensive knowledge in strategic retail transformation and shopping centre developments, to provide retail analytics and advise on developments at airports and other travel termini across the world.
A number of the world’s leading airport and train station operators have used our team as key advisors in passenger research and business insights, retail category demand planning and mobile engagement strategies to develop an omni-channel proposition to optimise returns from their assets.
Our use of robust analytical tools and understanding of the strategic transformation of retail delivers a comprehensive assessment of the commercial trading potential and optimum omni-channel mix for retail developments at airports and travel termini, both planned and existing. We typically work with clients in the following areas:
Our airport and travel termini clients include Aena, Aer Rianta, Avinor, BAA Heathrow, British Airways, Copenhagen Airport, Dublin Airport Authority, Düsseldorf International, Network Rail, St Pancras International and Transport for London and many others.
