Recent due diligence work has been completed on the buy-side for: LDC on the acquisition of Vital Ingredient, ECI on the acquisition of Imagesound, and TPG on the acquisitions of both Poundworld and Prezzo. On the vendor side we have recently completed work on: Long Tall Sally, sofa.com and Fat Face.

Michael Fine runs our Commercial & Operational Due Diligence practice. His 20+ years of experience combines investment recommendations for private equity corporate and other investor clients, with strategy and performance improvement work for retailers and consumer goods brands. Recent clients include private equity firms such as KKR, Advent, BC Partners, Bridgepoint and Living Bridge, and retailers and brands such as Matalan, New Look, sofa.com, Timberland, Kurt Geiger, Nike and the Post Office.
