Multi-Channel Retail & eCommerce Strategy
We are looking for an experienced multi-channel/ecommerce strategist to help lead our rapid growth in this arena. You will have extensive experience in retail ecommerce either with a retailer or within a consultancy and will bring significant expertise in multi-channel strategy, online marketing, web site merchandising and user experience. A strong knowledge of market benchmarks in these areas is essential. We also expect a broader understanding of operations, fulfilment and ecommerce IT.
Here, you will lead the delivery of large-scale ecommerce and multi-channel strategies for blue chip retailers. Evidence of good experience of delivering such work is essential. You will also help manage several of our most important client relationships (e.g. Marks & Spencer, Debenhams, Mothercare, Galeries Lafayette, Metro Group and ISIS). Although based in the UK, we are increasingly winning work in France and Germany and may soon open offices there, so fluency in these languages will be an advantage.
We are recruiting at Partner/Director and Associate Director level. Such appointments will be expected to contribute fully to the development of the practice, in particular taking a leading role in business development, project delivery, and team management/development.
The salary will be highly competitive. Substantial bonuses and share options are available. The company offers 28 days' holiday, health and life insurance.

Retail Strategy
Most of our strategy work is currently focussed on multi-channel and commercial due diligence. However, we are now developing our mainstream retail strategy practice delivering projects to store-based retailers by recruiting an experienced individual to spearhead our efforts. This is an opportunity to lead the development of this practice.
You will have extensive experience in retail strategy, of which at least part must have been within a leading strategy consultancy. You will demonstrate excellent knowledge of the retail market and of the processes and economics of store-based retailing, and bring good experience of selling and leading the delivery of projects and of managing client relationships up to CEO level.
